Job Description
Key Accountabilities
Driving Sales
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs by leveraging data and systems to understand performance and sales opportunities.
- Gather meaningful customer information throughout the client journey to enrich our CRM system.
- Utilize cross-selling and upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
- Guide and influence clients to make the best product choices.
Client Experience
- Create engaging and emotional client experiences, whether in-store or through other channels.
- Welcome clients following hospitality guidelines, building strong relationships from the moment they enter our stores.
- Engage with clients to understand their purchase motivations and needs.
- Select the right products based on client preferences, upselling and cross-selling when appropriate.
- Develop a loyal and diverse client base, actively seeking to recruit and nurture top clients.
Product and Customer Knowledge
- Use your knowledge of Gucci and our products to engage clients through storytelling.
- Stay informed about competitors, trends, and local client preferences to offer tailored solutions.
- Enhance the client's experience by providing insights into local lifestyle trends, such as theatre, arts, and travel.
- Combine styling expertise with the ability to mix-and-match products to meet individual client needs.
Store Operations
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of back-of-house procedures and operations.
- Efficiently handle product management, transactions, payments, and store administration tasks.
- Execute visual merchandising standards according to guidelines.
- Contribute to the overall functioning of the store and its success.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in a fast-paced, high-end luxury brand (goods or services).
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Track record of exceptional individual performance, surpassing expectations.
- Passion and in-depth knowledge of Gucci and luxury fashion.
- Advanced expertise in Ready-to-Wear styling and wardrobe mastery.
- Fluency in English.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
